BMW 3 Series Estate – Exterior Body Kit Hydro Dipped in Carbon Fibre

For this BMW 3 Series Estate, the brief was simple: sharpen the exterior styling with a clean, uniform carbon fibre look across key body kit components. We hydro dipped a selection of parts including the wing mirror covers, front splitter, side skirt extensions and the kidney grilles, giving each piece a high-gloss carbon weave that ties the whole car together.

Every item was individually prepped, dipped and finished to ensure the pattern flowed correctly around the shapes — especially the splitter and grilles, where the contours demand precision. The end result is a subtle but impactful upgrade that adds depth and definition to the car’s white paintwork without overpowering it.

This project is a good example of how carbon fibre hydrographics can lift OEM plastic trims and create a more premium, cohesive exterior style across the full body kit.
