Mini Cooper Wheel Arches Hydro Dipped in Carbon Fibre

These Mini Cooper wheel arches came to us for a subtle but high-impact upgrade. The owner wanted the look of carbon fibre without the cost of full replacement parts, so hydro dipping was the perfect choice.

We prepped each arch to ensure a smooth base, then applied a tight, consistent carbon fibre pattern across all four pieces. The curves and contours of Mini arches make alignment important, so we took extra care to keep the weave flowing naturally from edge to edge.

Finished in a durable automotive clear coat, the set now adds a clean, premium touch to the exterior sharp, modern, and completely refreshed.
