Safety Hat Hydro Dipped in Badass

This safety hat came in for a full attitude upgrade. The customer wanted something tougher and more eye-catching than a standard site helmet, so we prepped the shell and hydro dipped it in a dark, industrial-style pattern that gives the whole piece a hard-edged, almost mechanical look.

Because of the curved shape, getting the artwork to wrap cleanly around the helmet required a steady hand and careful placement. Once dipped, we sealed everything with a durable clear coat to make sure the finish could handle day-to-day use while still looking sharp.

The final result is a safety hat with some serious character – functional, bold and guaranteed to stand out on site.
