Safety Helmet Hydro Dipped in ‘Why So Serious’

This safety helmet was customised with a full “Why So Serious” themed hydro dip, turning a standard hard hat into something far more striking. The artwork is packed with character and detail, so we prepped the shell carefully before dipping to make sure the design flowed cleanly across the full curve of the helmet.

The pattern wraps right around the surface, creating a dramatic, high-contrast finish with layered imagery that shifts as the light catches it. After dipping, the helmet was cleared and polished to give it depth and durability while keeping every detail crisp.

The final piece has a bold, graphic look that’s impossible to miss. A safety hat with personality intense, detailed and definitely not your average site gear.
