Union Jack Flags Across a Prosthetic Leg Cover

This prosthetic leg cover was hydro dipped in Union Jack at our Stone, Staffordshire workshop. The design layers bold red, white and blue Union Jack flags with outlines of Great Britain, and it wraps the full cover from top to bottom, including the edges of the ventilation slots cut into the shell, so the design stays continuous even where the cover is cut away.

A patriotic finish like this turns a medical device into something the wearer is proud to show off. The cover was prepped and dipped in one piece so the flags flow around its curves, then sealed under a durable clear coat that stands up to daily wear and cleaning.
