Quad Plastics Hydro Dipped in Carbon Fibre

A Full Quad Bike Body Kit in Gloss Carbon

This set of quad bike plastics was hydro dipped in carbon fibre at our Stone, Staffordshire workshop. The job covered the full body kit, including the front and rear fender sections, the long side panels and the centre tank cover, and each large moulding was dipped so the weave runs evenly across its wide flat areas and deep wheel arches.

Quad plastics are big, awkward shapes with plenty of curves and returns, so getting a consistent carbon pattern across a whole kit takes careful handling on every piece. Once dipped, the panels were cleared to a high gloss that brings out the depth of the weave and adds protection for off-road use. We hydro dip quad, motocross and road bike parts in carbon and hundreds of other patterns.
