Vented Safety Hat Hydro Dipped in Bad Ass

Greyscale Skulls and Silver Pistols on a Vented Safety Hat

This vented safety hat was hydro dipped in Bad Ass at our Stone, Staffordshire workshop. The greyscale skull film is full of grim reapers, screaming skulls and silver pistols stamped with the words Bad Ass, and it follows the raised ridges and vent openings across the top of the shell down to the brim.

The silver and black tones give the hat a hard-edged metallic look that catches the light on the curves. Vented hats have more edges and openings than a plain shell, so the film had to be guided carefully into each recess before the hat was sealed in a tough high-gloss clear for day to day use on site.
