1. Introduction
Welcome to Vital Hydrographic Printing (UK) Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Hydro dipping and customisation services (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Services

2.1 Service Description: We offer a range of services including but not limited to hydro dipping, painting, customisation, detailing, and installation of aftermarket parts (“Services”). Our Services are provided to you subject to these Terms.

2.2 Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any of our Services at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to our pricing, availability, or scope of Services. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of any Service.

2.3 Service Limitations: Certain Services may be subject to limitations based on the make, model, and condition of your vehicle. We will inform you of any such limitations during the service consultation.

3. Use of Services

3.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Service Access: To access certain features of our Services, you may need to provide certain information such as vehicle details, contact information, and payment details. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as necessary.

3.3 Service Conduct: You agree not to use our Services to:
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.
• Transmit any harmful or malicious software.
• Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices.
• Interfere with the operation of our Services or any other user’s enjoyment of the Services.

3.4 Customer Responsibilities: You are responsible for ensuring that your items/vehicle are in a condition suitable for the Services requested. This includes but is not limited to ensuring that the vehicle is free of hazardous materials and that any personal belongings are removed before Service commencement.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Service Fees: You agree to pay all fees for the Services you select in accordance with our pricing and payment terms. Fees may vary based on the scope and complexity of the Services.

4.2 Payment Terms: All payments must be made in accordance with the payment terms specified in your service agreement or on our website. Payments may be required in advance or upon completion of the Services, as specified. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.

4.3 Deposits: A deposit may be required for certain customisation or large-scale repair projects. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be outlined in your service agreement.

4.4 Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be made within 48 hours to avoid charges. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy, which will be provided to you upon request or can be found on our website.

5. Estimates and Quotes

5.1 Estimates: Any estimate provided by us is an approximation of the costs and time required for the Services. Estimates are based on the initial inspection and information provided by you. Final costs may vary due to unforeseen issues or changes in the scope of Services.

5.2 Quotes: Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Acceptance of a quote must be in writing, and any changes to the scope of Services after acceptance may result in additional charges.

6. Vehicle Condition and Liability

6.1 Pre-existing Conditions: We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or issues with your vehicle that are not related to our Services.

6.2 Inspection: We will conduct a preliminary inspection of your vehicle before commencing any work. You will be notified of any additional issues discovered during this inspection that may affect the scope or cost of the Services. Any additional work required will be subject to your approval and may incur additional charges.

6.3 Completion Timeframes: We will provide an estimated completion timeframe for the Services. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as parts availability or additional unforeseen issues. We will keep you informed of any changes to the completion timeframe.

7. Warranty and Guarantee

7.1 Service Warranty: We provide a 30 day warranty on all our Services, covering defects in workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect.

7.2 Manufacturer’s Warranty: Any aftermarket parts or accessories installed as part of our Services may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We will provide you with the details of any applicable manufacturer’s warranty.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 No Liability for Losses: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vital Hydrographic Printing (UK) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
• Your use of or inability to use our Services;
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services;
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party;
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our Services.

9.2 Maximum Liability: In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vital Hydrographic Printing (UK) Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
