Forged Carbon Baseball Bat with a Mint Lamborghini Script

This baseball bat was hydro dipped in forged carbon at our Stone, Staffordshire workshop, then finished with a custom Lamborghini script logo and a matching mint end cap. Forged carbon gives the bat a random, marbled pattern of silver and grey chips on a deep black base, so no two sections look the same, and the curve of the barrel pulls light across the chips as it turns. The script runs along the barrel in a soft mint that picks up the colour of the end cap, giving the whole piece a deliberate, finished look.

Hydro dipping suits curved, tapered objects like bats because the film wraps continuously around the shape with no seams or joins, which is something paint effects and vinyl wraps struggle to match. Once dipped, the pattern is sealed under a gloss lacquer that protects it from handling and brings out the depth of the chips. We dip one-off gifts, display pieces and personalised items like this regularly, and custom logos, names or colours can be added to make the design your own.
