This set of Dietz mobility panels and frame parts was painted in a bright metallic green from Aston Martin’s paint range at our Stone, Staffordshire workshop. In these photos the colour reads as a vivid teal-green with a strong metallic flake. The job covered far more than flat panels: curved guards, round trim caps, a base plate and the tubular frame arms all needed the same even colour and depth, with the bearings kept clean of paint, so every part matches perfectly once it is reassembled.

Using a genuine sports car colour is a great way to make mobility equipment feel personal rather than clinical, and a metallic like this changes character as you move around it, shifting between teal and green as the light changes. Because these parts are handled every day and knocked against doorways and furniture, the finish has to be durable as well as striking, with proper preparation underneath so it lasts.
