A One-Piece Quickie Shroud in Gloss Carbon

This Quickie powerchair shroud was hydro dipped in carbon fibre at our Stone, Staffordshire workshop. The one-piece moulding covers the base of the chair, with raised wheel housings at each side and a flat centre section, and the carbon weave was laid so it runs straight across the middle and wraps smoothly over both curved housings.

A single large panel shows every flaw in a carbon dip, which is why the pattern alignment and prep matter so much on a part like this. The finished shroud was sealed in a high-gloss clear that gives the weave real depth and keeps it easy to wipe clean. It is a subtle, premium upgrade for a powerchair, and we can match it on other panels too.
