A Full Colour Joker Design on a Safety Hat

This safety hat was hydro dipped in a Joker design at our Stone, Staffordshire workshop. The full-colour comic film is packed with grinning Joker faces, playing cards, bold lettering and splashes of green, purple and red, and it wraps the whole shell from the brim to the crown so there is detail to see from every angle.

Custom safety hats are a popular way for trades and site workers to stand out while wearing the same protective kit. The shell was prepped and dipped in one piece, then sealed in a durable high-gloss clear coat to protect the artwork on site. We dip safety hats and helmets in characters, skulls, carbon, camo and custom company branding.
